Matt graduated from Rider University in 2011. After graduating, Matt worked as an administrative assistant for a large media company in Manhattan where he developed his customer service skills. Although he was born and raised in New York City, Matt decided that it was time for a change of scenery and moved to Raleigh in the summer of 2018. Matt is dedicated to making sure that every customer he speaks to has the best customer service experience possible.
